真空感应炉熔炼过程供电制度的优化 【刊名】 特殊钢, 2005年 01期 【作者】 邓长辉 桑海峰 王福利 王姝 郑险峰 任伟 姜立新 宗德平 【机构】 东北大学信息科学与工程学院 东北特殊钢集团抚钢公司 沈阳 抚顺 【关键词】 真空感应炉 熔炼 电热平衡 供电制度优化 【英文关键词】 Vacuum Induction Furnace Melting Electro-Thermal Equilibrium Optimization of Electric Power Supply 【中英文摘要】 通过对3~6t真空感应炉熔炼过程的能量需求与损失的系统分析与计算,利用热电平衡规律,推导得出真空感应熔炼过程能量平衡模型,并提出各熔炼阶段合理的电能供给制度。采用优化的供电制度在3~6t真空感应炉中通过所冶炼的38炉30 0M钢(% :0 4C ,1 10Mn ,1 6 4Si ,0 2 9Co ,1 85Ni,0 4Mo)的结果可得,冶炼电耗降低4 1kWh t,生产效率提高8 3% ,Mn收得率提高1 6 % ,Cr收得率提高0 2 5 % ,并提高了坩埚使用寿命。 A model for energy equilibrium in melting process of vacuum induction melting and the rational electric power supply regulation in each melting period have been derived and got by systematical analysis and calculation on power requirement and loss in melting process of 3~6 t vacuum induction furnace and on basis of electro- thermal equilibrium law of system. The results of melting 38 heats steel 300M (0.4C, 1.10Mn, 1.64Si, 0.29Co, 1.85Ni, 0.4Mo) in 3~6 t vacuum induction furnace showed that after using optimum electric power supply regulation the electric consumption decreased by 41 kWh/t, the productivity increased by 8.3%, Mn and Cr yield increased by 1.6% and 0.25% respectively, and the service life of crucible increased obviously.
