摘要:变频器运用于注塑行业中,节能已经成为不争的事实,但在运用中仍然存在一些问题,问题的原因表现在变频器的性能方面,它反应了安装使用调试的方法不当,或对注塑成型工况了解不够,导致变频器性能与复杂注塑成型工况之间的匹配仍有一段距离,作者本人以具体的实际工作经验,阐述变频器自身的弱点,注塑成型工艺的工况特征、注塑机本身的弱点,变频器如何在注塑过程中节能的原理以及注塑节能改造的工程技术要求等实质性的问题。 关键词: 变频节能器 注塑成型工艺工况特征 注塑节能改造工程技术要求 变频器与注塑机工况的匹配问题
Abstract: The inverter aimed to saving the energy was applied in molding injection industries is factual, improper debug method of assembly or operation and insufficient comprehend in Molding Injection situation will be a problem reflects on the inverter performance, and effects a matching distance between inverter and multi- injection. With the Author resourceful experience, the inverter weakness and the principle of energy saving in injection process is introduced, and the weakness of molding machine during injection process. The substantial problem of energy saving injection requirement is also presented.
